We manage the entire supply chain in-house: cutting and die-cutting the covering material, stitching, gluing, and saddling the substrate, all the way to assembly with functional elements such as lids, hinges, and opening mechanisms. Direct oversight of each stage ensures aesthetic consistency, tight tolerances, and delivery times aligned with the customer's production needs.
