Gear shift boot and handbrake boot
Leather and fabric upholstery, and complete solutions for automotive interiors.
Precision on surfaces moving
Gear shift gaiters and handbrake gaiters are both technical and visible components: they accompany a mechanical movement and must withstand continuous stress while maintaining the aesthetics of the passenger compartment. Leva produces covered gaiters for leading automotive manufacturers, combining precision cutting, quality stitching, and durability.
The integrated approach covers the entire process: from cutting and die-cutting the leather, vinyl and polyurethane faux leather, or fabric, to structural and decorative stitching, and assembly with the plastic frame and fastening elements. Direct control of each stage results in dimensional consistency and repeatability at large volumes.
Every headset that leaves our factories meets the tight tolerances and durability standards that Leva has honed over seventy years of crafting automotive interior components.
