The grille is one of the vehicle's distinctive features: it identifies the brand even before the model and complements the front end's stylistic signature. Leva produces grilles for leading automotive manufacturers, managing molding, finishing, and assembly in a single, controlled supply chain.
The integrated approach covers injection molding, thermoforming, machining, and assembly, including optional decorative or chrome-plated elements. Vertical integration allows us to meet required tolerances, coordinate surface treatments, and optimize production costs and time.
